Adelaide girl group G-Nat!on—also written G-Nation—went on to become one of the four finalists on The Voice Australia in 2021. Before that result, a PerthNow preview described their blind audition as a bid to make history as the show’s biggest group.
Who were G-Nat!on on The Voice?
G-Nat!on was a six-member girl group from Adelaide, South Australia. A PerthNow report published on 21 August 2021 said the members had formed the group three years earlier, after training together at the Australian Company of Performing Arts.

The members were Taylah, Isla, Mateja, Rylee, Alessia and Emma. PerthNow listed their ages at the time as 18, 17, 16, 17, 17 and 18, respectively; those are 2021 ages, not current ages. PerthNow’s 2021 preview introduced the group ahead of their audition.
What song did G-Nat!on sing at the blind audition?
PerthNow reported that the group planned to perform “Teeth” by 5 Seconds of Summer in their blind audition, which the preview said was due to air the following night. The report framed the six-piece as the biggest group to audition on The Voice; that was the preview’s description of the coming audition, not a claim about the group’s later competition result.

Did G-Nat!on make The Voice final?
Yes. On 6 September 2021, 7NEWS reported that G-Nat!on had reached the top four and would compete in the Grand Final on Rita Ora’s team. The report established finalist status, but not the group’s final vote ranking. 7NEWS’ report on the 2021 finalists names the four acts.
