“When I started out [in this industry] as a child, I was warned that my career would fall off a cliff at the age of 35, which is something I know a lot of women face.”

Segundo a revista, Hathaway atribuiu a frase “There’s so much to be proud of and there’s so much to fix” a alguém com quem conversou recentemente, e não apresentou a formulação como sua.

Na entrevista de 2016, Hathaway explicou a escolha de produzir da seguinte forma: “I started optioning material so I would be able to work through the awkward period where people aren’t telling stories about women in your age group.”
