From Season 3’s Tomatometer remains at 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. The headline’s original snapshot reported that score from 18 critic reviews more than three weeks after the season premiered on September 22, 2024; Rotten Tomatoes’ season page showed 100% from 25 critic reviews when checked on October 8, 2026.
What the 100% score means
The Tomatometer is Rotten Tomatoes’ critic-facing score, not an average grade. A 100% listing means the reviews counted on the page were classified as positive; it does not mean every critic awarded a perfect numerical rating. Rotten Tomatoes’ critics consensus describes the season as a taut, horrifying continuation of the story.

The same page listed a 73% Popcornmeter from 1,000+ audience ratings. That is a separate audience indicator, based on a different group of respondents, so it should not be read as a direct contradiction or compared as though it measured the same thing as the Tomatometer. How the score changed after the premiere
The season premiered September 22, 2024. The matching historical headline reported 100% across 18 critical reviews more than three weeks later. By October 8, 2026, Rotten Tomatoes listed 25 critic reviews and the same 100% score. The review count has increased; the percentage shown on the page has not. Both figures are snapshots, and Rotten Tomatoes’ totals may change as reviews are added. The historical 18-review figure comes from the headline’s search-result text, which references Rotten Tomatoes; the underlying IMDb News page was not available to verify independently.
