Fred again.. arrived in Perth on Friday, 29 March 2024, ahead of his sold-out performance at Langley Park the following day. The arrival was a moment in the lead-up to a past event—not a current concert announcement.
When did Fred again.. play Perth?
The Langley Park show took place on Saturday, 30 March 2024. PerthNow reported the day before that the British DJ had arrived in Perth and was preparing for the performance. The arrival report described the show as sold out.
What did Fred again.. say about the venue?
PerthNow quoted several remarks from an Instagram story attributed to Fred again.. as he viewed the site. He wrote: “Lol I actually caught the moment I clocked that this was the park that we’re playing in tomorrow!!!” He also reacted to the sound setup: “There’s our speaker stacks!! Ohmygod they go on foreverrrrr.”
In another remark reproduced by PerthNow, he thanked the city for approving an expanded event footprint: “Also thank you to Perth cityyy for approving us to expand by a bunchhhhhh to do the biggest show that’s happened here apparently.” PerthNow also reported that he thanked Perth audiences for coming. Was the Langley Park show sold out, and how many people attended?
PerthNow reported the event sold out and put the expected attendance at about 35,000. In a later LinkedIn post, event producer Chris Upjohn also cited a 35,000-person crowd at Langley Park. That figure is a reported attendance estimate, not an independently audited count.
The arrival report said tickets sold out in two hours after release on Wednesday night. PerthNow’s earlier preview used a different formulation, saying tickets sold in less than an hour. Those reports may describe different stages of ticket sales; the arrival report’s two-hour figure is the specific timing it gives for the sell-out.

What did tickets cost?
PerthNow reported a ticket price of A$129 in 2024. This is a historical price for the Langley Park event, not an offer for tickets now.
How long was the performance?
A post-event PerthNow report described Fred again..’s total stage appearance as four hours. Upjohn separately reported that more than 230,000 tickets had been sold across the broader tour; that was a tour-wide figure, not the attendance at the Perth show.
