A Los Angeles County judge granted Emilio Valli’s request for a restraining order against his brother, Francesco Valli Jr., after an April 29, 2024 hearing, the Los Angeles Times reported. The Times reported that the order followed a temporary order granted in early April 2024 and was set to expire on April 29, 2027. In that sense, the order was made “permanent” relative to the temporary protection; the reported order was time-limited.
What led to Emilio Valli’s request
Emilio’s request alleged that Francesco broke into their father’s home on April 5, threatened to harm or kill Emilio and Frankie, and was involved in theft and property damage. Those are allegations described in Emilio’s filing, as reported by the Los Angeles Times; they should not be treated as proven conduct or as findings by the judge.
