Francisca dijo que su hija se llamará Raffaella Eleonor. Explicó que la familia eligió un nombre italiano, en línea con los nombres de sus hijos Gennaro y Franco.

En la entrevista, Francisca contó que hicieron la revelación del sexo en casa. Recordó que sus hijos lloraron al asustarse con los gritos de ella y de su esposo, Francesco Zampogna; también describió a Francesco emocionado y a su madre, Doña Divina, saltando de alegría.
