Sam Frost and Jordie Hansen’s first child is Theodore Paul Frost-Hansen, known as Ted. He was born on March 7, 2023; 7NEWS reported the announcement the following day. The couple later welcomed a second son, Bobby, in 2025.
Who is Sam Frost and Jordie Hansen’s first child?
Their first child is Theodore Paul Frost-Hansen, whom the couple called Ted in their birth announcement. 7NEWS reported that Frost shared the name in an Instagram post, quoting her: “This is Ted ❤️.” The report also reproduced the announcement’s full name and date: “Theodore Paul Frost-Hansen. There’s no words to describe how much we love you 07/03/2023.”
The birth announcement report said both Frost and the baby were doing well. The announcement was relayed by 7NEWS, rather than independently verified here from the original social post: 7NEWS, March 8, 2023.
When was Ted born?
The reported birth date is March 7, 2023. The date appeared in the announcement reproduced by 7NEWS; the outlet published its report on March 8, 2023. A later 7NEWS story about Ted’s first birthday also identified March 7 as his birth date: 7NEWS, March 8, 2024.

How the couple shared the pregnancy
Frost and Hansen announced their first pregnancy in September 2022, according to a 7NEWS report published that November. The report said Frost had also spoken about the couple moving to Noosa, Queensland, because they thought it would be a beautiful place to raise their son: 7NEWS, November 1, 2022.
Ted was their first child; Bobby arrived in 2025
The story is about the couple’s first child, not a new 2026 birth announcement. Frost and Hansen later had a second son, Bobby Jordan Frost-Hansen. WHO reported on April 1, 2025, that Bobby was their second child and Ted their first: WHO, April 1, 2025.
