Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Flip Out Bibra Lake is now an operating indoor play venue at 7 Sobek Pass, Bibra Lake, with trampoline sessions, obstacle-style attractions, toddler and junior play areas, and party facilities. The venue lists regular trading hours and online bookings, so the 2023 “coming soon” announcement is no longer current.
What is Flip Out Bibra Lake?
Flip Out Bibra Lake is an indoor trampoline park and play centre in Perth’s southern suburbs. The operator lists wall-to-wall trampolines, wipeout challenges, airbags, parkour zones, a ninja course and a warped wall, alongside a toddler soft-play area and junior arena. There is also a café and party rooms. The venue page labels an inflatable attraction “coming soon,” so do not assume it is available yet. Check the venue’s current attractions and programs.
The venue page also advertises one- and two-hour general-admission sessions, birthday parties, children’s movement and agility classes for ages six and up, playgroup for children five and under, preschool movement classes, accessible sessions and a monthly disco. Programs can change with the school term; confirm dates and availability on the booking page.
When did Flip Out Bibra Lake open?
PerthNow’s 21 July 2023 report described the centre as a proposed project, delayed by construction and approvals, with no opening date announced at that time. The current operator page now offers bookings and trading hours, and a Fortem Australia listing schedules an activity at the venue for 11 October 2026. The venue has therefore moved beyond the proposed stage, although these sources do not establish its exact opening date.

The 2023 report described plans for five party rooms, Olympic-sized trampolines, a ninja warrior course, parkour and multi-storey soft play. Those were project details reported at the time, not a current independent inspection. Owner Taral Khandheriya also forecast 40 to 50 planned employees; that was a projection, not a verified current staffing figure. His remarks about the centre being “one of a kind” were promotional comments reported by PerthNow, not an independent assessment. Read the 2023 PerthNow announcement.

The venue page promotes general admission in one- or two-hour sessions but does not state a general-admission price in the information available here. A Richmond Primary School P&C event listing quoted $35 per person for a 1.5-hour group Jumping Pass; that was an event-specific group arrangement, not the standard venue rate. Check current Bibra Lake booking options.
The operator also advertises a $19-per-week pass at participating stores and a Monday offer starting from $10 per person per hour. Confirm with the venue whether either promotion applies at Bibra Lake and on your intended date; neither offer should be treated as universally available.

What should you know before visiting?
Grip socks are required
Participants using the equipment must wear Flip Out Grip Socks. The venue’s terms say the branded socks can be purchased at the arena; some session vouchers include socks. Do not assume generic grip socks meet the requirement. Check Flip Out’s terms and conditions.
Complete the waiver and check restrictions
The park rules require a waiver before jumping and call for adult supervision. Children under 130 cm should be supervised; individual attractions may also have age, height or other safety restrictions. Remove jewellery and valuables before using the equipment. Check the rules for the specific attraction and visit rather than assuming every area has identical requirements. Read the park rules.
