The advice she highlighted was to “just to be present and to have a good time and to just enjoy it while it’s happening.” She also said, “It goes by so fast, and they were not wrong about that at all.” Her comments came before the episode in which the group’s song featured in her performance.
How did the bandmates react at Jauregui’s performance?
On September 30, during season 34’s TikTok Night, Jauregui and pro partner Brandon Armstrong performed a cha-cha to Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home,” which features Ty Dolla $ign. TV Insider described the three audience members as appearing disappointed and frustrated after the elimination. That is the outlet’s characterization of what it observed, not a public statement by the members about their feelings. Jauregui separately told TV Insider after the show that she felt emotional and thought she had more to give, especially because she and Armstrong had planned to keep progressing together.

The 2025 audience appearance echoed an earlier moment, but it was a different performance. In April 2017, Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane and Lauren Jauregui joined Normani onstage during her season 24 routine to sing “Impossible.” Normani told Entertainment Tonight that having her bandmates beside her felt nerve-racking while also giving her “a sense of security.”
