Tammi and Erik married in 1999 after corresponding while he was incarcerated, according to those reports. The October 2024 photographs do not establish anything about her employment or any role in the brothers’ legal proceedings.
Where does the Menendez case stand now?
Erik and Lyle Menendez were convicted in 1996 for the 1989 killings of their parents, José and Kitty Menendez. On May 13, 2025, a Los Angeles judge resentenced them to 50 years to life, making them eligible for parole consideration. The resentencing changed their sentences; it did not release them. What is the parole timeline?

A parole suitability hearing is a review, not a release order. A hearing date alone does not say what the board will decide or when either brother might leave prison.
