No evidence in the cited reporting supports the claim that Erika Kirk arranged girls for Jeffrey Epstein. Hindustan Times reported that the viral audio is a 2006 Palm Beach police call and identified the woman speaking as Haley Robson, not Kirk. Lead Stories said searches of the public U.S. Department of Justice Epstein-file library for “Erika Kirk” and her maiden name, “Erika Frantzve,” returned no matches.
What is the viral audio?
Hindustan Times reported on March 16, 2026, that the recording circulating online is a 2006 call made on behalf of the Palm Beach Police Department during its investigation of Epstein and associates, including Haley Robson and Sarah Kellen. The outlet said a child identified only as SG spoke with Robson in an effort to get her to incriminate herself as a recruiter.

The viral claim attributes the woman’s voice to Erika Kirk. Hindustan Times identified the speaker as Robson instead. That is the outlet’s reported identification, not an independent forensic voice analysis established by the information available here.
The DOJ file URL cited in online discussion redirected to an age-verification page, so the audio could not be independently listened to or authenticated here. The distinction matters: a recording may be an authentic investigative call while an online claim about who is speaking in it is wrong.

Did Erika Kirk arrange girls for Epstein?
The cited reporting does not substantiate that allegation. Lead Stories reported on April 16, 2026, that it searched the public DOJ Epstein files for “Erika Kirk” and “Erika Frantzve” and found no matching results. It also said a social-media post alleging that she worked for Epstein offered no evidence, and that its searches of Google News and Yahoo News found no legitimate reporting supporting the employment claim.
Those are Lead Stories’ reported search results, not an exhaustive audit of every record, private source, or possible document. A search with no matches is relevant to what can be supported from the public file library; it does not establish a universal claim about every source that might exist.

What does “leaked DOJ audio” get wrong?
The reporting describes a historical police call included among DOJ Epstein files, not a newly leaked recording of Kirk. The fact that a recording appears in a document release does not establish that a viral caption correctly identifies its speaker or the call’s context. In this case, Hindustan Times connected the call to the 2006 Palm Beach investigation and reported that Robson—not Kirk—was speaking.

In a September 26, 2025 fact-check, Lead Stories said it found no evidence that Erika Frantzve knew Epstein, recruited minor victims, or was an Epstein victim. It noted that she was in high school in Arizona in 2005, when Palm Beach police began investigating Epstein, and concluded that the viral theory’s connections and timeline did not support its claim. That earlier assessment is background; the specific audio claim is addressed by the 2026 reporting and file-search findings above.

How to read the evidence carefully
- Separate the recording from its caption. Hindustan Times reported a 2006 police-call context and identified Robson as the speaker; the viral Kirk identification is not supported by that reporting.
- Keep search findings within their scope. Lead Stories said searches of the public DOJ library for Kirk’s current and maiden names returned no matches. That statement should not be expanded into proof about every conceivable source.
- Do not treat resemblance or association as evidence. A purported voice resemblance, political affiliation, or indirect connection does not substantiate an allegation of recruiting minors.
