O que mudaria na parceria com a Universal Music?
Almeida disse que a mudança não resultava de briga ou insatisfação. Na entrevista ao POPline.Biz é Mundo da Música, afirmou: “Acho importante começar citando que nossa saída da Universal não deu por nenhuma briga ou insatisfação, por toda carreira de Ivete tivemos a Universal Music como nossa parceira, correndo junto com a gente.” Ele descreveu a Universal como parceira com foco na distribuição musical, enquanto a IESSI teria maior protagonismo na condução dos projetos. Também mencionou a possibilidade de iniciativas conjuntas ou conduzidas separadamente.

Em julho de 2022, durante o Fortal, Ivete também falou ao POPline sobre pessoas que a procuravam em busca de estrutura e orientação profissional. Ela disse: “são tantos talentos, tanta gente que me procura querendo essa montagem de uma estrutura, de um caminho, por onde seguir, por onde empresariar, e a vida inteira eu fui muito resistente a isso.” Naquela entrevista, ela associou a intenção de desenvolver essa frente à Universal Music. A fala mostra que os planos foram apresentados em mais de um contexto, mas não comprova a situação atual da parceria ou da oferta de gestão.
