Elizabeth Hurley posted a nude photograph on Instagram on March 28, 2021, while denying reports that she and her son Damian planned to film a reality show at home. The proposed series was described in contemporaneous entertainment coverage as Walton-style, but the reports attributed the claim to an unnamed source—not to a confirmed production.
What Elizabeth Hurley posted
In a photograph shared on Instagram, Hurley posed nude on a haystack. Her caption addressed reports that she and Damian intended to make a reality TV show together at home. Just Jared reproduced her wording in its March 29, 2021 report: “Hear it from the horse’s mouth, my son @damianhurley1 and I are most definitely NOT planning to shoot a ‘Waltons- style reality TV show’ at home.” (Just Jared, March 29, 2021)

Hurley also criticized the claims as “fictional tidbits,” according to the reproduced caption. The post’s pairing of a nude image with a pointed denial is what brought the photograph and the rumor into the same news cycle.
What the reality-show rumor claimed—and what is established
Contemporaneous reports characterized the alleged concept as a country-at-home series in the style of The Waltons, featuring Hurley and her son. The reports attributed the claim to an unnamed source. That attribution does not establish that a program was formally offered, commissioned, or in production. (E! News)

#1 Best Overall
The confirmed part of the story is Hurley’s public denial, as reproduced by entertainment outlets. The reports do not independently identify who originated the rumor, and the available account does not substantiate a planned series beyond the anonymous claim.
