Jacky Bracamontes anunció el 16 de julio de 2018 que esperaba gemelos con su esposo, Martín Fuentes. Dijo que era su cuarto embarazo y que tenía catorce semanas. Las gemelas, Emilia y Paula, nacieron el 20 de diciembre de ese año. El título también puede aludir a otros momentos de su historia: en 2014 habló de su segundo embarazo, y su primer embarazo, en 2013, también fue gemelar.
El anuncio de los gemelos en 2018
Bracamontes dio la noticia el 16 de julio de 2018 en el programa Un Nuevo Día, de Telemundo. Contó que esperaba dos bebés junto a Martín Fuentes y precisó: “Este es mi cuarto embarazo, tengo catorce semanas que son tres meses y medio”. La cifra de semanas corresponde a lo que ella dijo en esa entrevista; no es una estimación independiente.
Al día siguiente, en declaraciones publicadas por Quién y recogidas por Telemundo, describió el embarazo como de alto riesgo y dijo que bajaría el ritmo de trabajo: “Es un embarazo de alto riesgo. No puedo estar corriendo de un lado para otro, no puedo estar trabajando a full”. Esa fue su descripción personal en julio de 2018, no una evaluación médica publicada ni una recomendación aplicable a otros embarazos.
Cuándo nacieron Emilia y Paula
People en Español informó que las gemelas Emilia y Paula nacieron el 20 de diciembre de 2018. Por tanto, las notas de 2018 sobre su embarazo describen un episodio pasado, no un embarazo actual.

La entrevista de 2014
En una entrevista publicada por People en Español el 8 de marzo de 2014, Bracamontes habló de su segundo embarazo. Dijo que no se parecía al anterior, que a veces tenía sueño y que se sentía muy bien. Esos comentarios describen su experiencia individual de entonces; no permiten generalizar sobre cómo se sienten otras personas embarazadas.
El primer embarazo, en 2013
El primer embarazo de Bracamontes también fue gemelar. En un recuerdo retrospectivo difundido por Telemundo en diciembre de 2022, se mencionó que perdió a su hijo Martín antes del nacimiento. Es una parte dolorosa de su historia y conviene tratarla con respeto: la información citada no establece detalles médicos ni justifica especular sobre las causas o las circunstancias.
