The Ed Sheeran LOOP Tour Amex presale is over: it ran from September 23 to September 25, 2025, for select U.S. and Canadian shows. For 2026 tickets, use Ed Sheeran’s official tour page and follow the link for your chosen date to its assigned ticket seller. Availability and prices vary by event.
Can you still buy tickets through the Amex presale?
No. The Amex presale took place in September 2025 and is not an active way to buy tickets for the remaining 2026 shows. The official tour page listed an Amex window beginning September 23 at 12:00 p.m. local time and ending September 25 at 10:00 p.m. local time, while supplies lasted and subject to terms. It was limited to select U.S. and Canadian dates.
Other early-access and general-sale periods followed in 2025: the artist presale began September 23 at 9:00 a.m. local time, other presales began September 25, and the public onsale began September 26 at 10:00 a.m. These dates have also passed.
Where should you buy tickets for a 2026 show?
Start at the official Ed Sheeran website, select the date you want, and use that event’s ticket link. The assigned official seller depends on the venue: the tour FAQ names SeatGeek for Glendale, Nashville, and Arlington, and Ticketmaster for the other listed cities. Follow the date-specific link rather than assuming the same ticketing company handles every show.

The tour FAQ says entry can only be guaranteed when tickets are bought directly through the corresponding official ticketing company. Ticketmaster’s Ed Sheeran artist page reported tickets available for most dates when checked, but inventory can change; confirm the particular event before making plans.
Which North American dates remain after October 8, 2026?
The official tour schedule listed these later 2026 North American dates at the time of the October 8, 2026 update. Check the official tour page again before buying, as schedules and event listings can change.

How to check price, fees, and available seats
There is no single tour-wide ticket price. The official FAQ says prices and categories vary and directs buyers to the official seller for current event details. Compare the seats offered for your date and check the displayed total, including any transaction, handling, or delivery fees, before completing checkout. A listing or availability on an artist page does not guarantee a particular seat or price.

Ticket limit
The tour FAQ sets a limit of six tickets per customer per show. That is a purchase cap, not a guarantee that six tickets are available. Orders over the limit, duplicate accounts used to exceed it, bot purchases, or other suspicious transactions may be cancelled without notice.

Mobile tickets and entry
Tickets are accessed through the iOS or Android app of the show’s assigned official ticketing company. The tour page recommends installing the relevant app before purchase when possible. If you have a ticket-access problem at the venue, including a lost or stolen phone, the FAQ directs you to the venue box office with valid photo ID.
Refunds and exchanges
The tour FAQ says all sales are final and that changing your mind alone does not entitle you to a refund or exchange. Check the event seller’s applicable terms for details beyond that general statement.
