Where and when did Britt Stewart and Daniel Durant get married?
Stewart and Durant were married at Riata Ranch in Santa Margarita, California, on August 23, 2025. Us Weekly independently confirmed the date and location in its post-wedding coverage. The couple first met as dance partners on season 31 of Dancing with the Stars in 2022; reports say their relationship grew after the show brought them together.
What was the wedding like?
The wedding feature material reproduced by Wedport describes a Friday welcome party with an Italian-summer garden-party atmosphere, followed by an outdoor ceremony beneath a large tree. The décor was restrained and natural, keeping the setting central. Durant recalled the couple’s reaction to the ranch: “Britt and I looked at each other and immediately knew it was where we would get married.”
A ceremony shaped around signing and access
Stewart and Durant wrote their own vows. Durant’s childhood interpreter signed during the ceremony, but the feature says there was no interpreter during the couple’s vow exchange: Stewart signed her vows directly to Durant. At the reception, friends interpreted live music for Deaf guests.

Family and personal touches
The account also describes a first look and a parental blessing. The couple’s cats inspired the names of signature cocktails, while personalized cocktail napkins carried love notes. The feature reports that 110 guests attended; that number comes from Wedport’s reproduction of BRIDES wedding-feature material, and the reproduced page does not show the original publication year.
What did Stewart wear?
Stewart chose a gown that she said felt true to her: “Most importantly, it just felt like ‘me,’ only in bride form.” The feature also names OPI Put It In Neutral as her wedding manicure shade. These are reported choices from the wedding feature, not product recommendations or evaluations.

Why did the couple share selected details?
Before the wedding, Stewart told TV Insider/Swooon that privacy mattered to them: “Privacy is a massive deal for Daniel and me.” She also said, “We’re open to happily sharing specific moments of our wedding, but then, we’ll have other moments that will be private for us.” Their selective sharing helps explain why the published account focuses on chosen details rather than presenting the day as wholly public.
After the wedding, Stewart told Us Weekly: “It was exactly what it was meant to be, which was what we had manifested and what we really wanted the feeling to be over all the other material things.”

What happened after the wedding?
The couple took a delayed honeymoon in 2026 at Sandals Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, a later trip rather than part of the August 2025 wedding. Durant told Us Weekly, “The island was stunning. We just can’t believe that it’s real.”
