On June 28, PerthNow reported that fewer than 100 tickets remained across four performances—but that was a dated update about the past engagement, not current ticket availability.
What was Dracula’s: The Resurrection Tour in Perth?
It was a touring, stadium-style version of Dracula’s, staged at Crown Theatre in Perth’s Burswood precinct. A contemporary PerthNow report published June 28, 2023 described a horror-themed set and lighting rig, live rock music, aerial acrobatics, comedy and burlesque. It also mentioned themed merchandise and blood-bag cocktails; those were details of the 2023 production, not evidence of what is on offer now.

Luke Newman, identified in the report as chief executive of Newman Entertainment, called Dracula’s “like an underground adult theme park” and described it as “this modern vaudeville variety show with feathers, glitter and blood.”
What did “fewer than 100 tickets remain” mean?
PerthNow said fewer than 100 tickets remained across four performances when it published its story on June 28, 2023. The headline’s ticket count referred to that moment in the run-up to the shows. It says nothing about present-day availability, and the sources do not establish that the Perth production is returning.

Where did Dracula’s come from?
The 2023 PerthNow article said Dracula’s began in a Melbourne laneway in the early 1980s. It also reported that more than five million tickets had been sold by 2023. That is the figure and time frame attributed to that report, not a newly verified current total.
How to check Crown Theatre tickets for a future event
For any future Crown Theatre event, Crown Perth says Ticketmaster is the venue’s only authorised ticket seller and warns that tickets bought through unauthorised resale channels may be invalid. Check the specific event listing for confirmed dates, price, seating, age guidance and access information; the venue’s general guidance does not mean tickets for the 2023 Dracula’s shows remain available.

- From Academy Award -winning director Francis Ford Coppola (1974, Best Director, The Godfather Part II). When Dracula (Gary Oldman) meets Mina (Winona Ryder), a young woman who appears as the reincarnation of his lost love, the two embark on a journey of romantic passion and horror.
Crown Theatre is in the Crown Perth precinct in Burswood. Crown’s current venue information covers transport, accessibility, seating, and dining and bars before or after performances. These are general planning details for a venue visit, not specifics about the 2023 Dracula’s engagement.

No. Dracula’s current official FAQ distinguishes its Gold Coast experience from the touring show. The Gold Coast venue is described as a dinner-and-show experience with a ghost train ride and live variety show; those present-day inclusions and conditions should not be applied to the past Perth engagement. The official booking page currently lists Gold Coast, not Perth.
