Dorismar, animadora que colaboró con El Gordo y la Flaca durante casi diez años, atravesó complicaciones que atribuyó a una rinoplastia y a intervenciones posteriores. La actualización más reciente que encontramos es de Radio Fórmula, con fecha 8 de abril de 2026: ella dice estar recuperada al 100% y su cirujano describe un resultado favorable mientras la cicatrización continúa. Son declaraciones de las personas implicadas, no conclusiones de un tribunal, de una autoridad sanitaria ni de un peritaje independiente, y no hay información pública fechada después de abril de 2026 sobre su estado actual.
Quién es Dorismar y por qué su caso llegó a la prensa
Dorismar es una animadora que, según la cobertura de People en Español publicada el 18 de diciembre de 2025, fue colaboradora del programa durante casi diez años. Ese mismo artículo recoge la reacción de sus antiguos compañeros, Lili Estefan y Raúl de Molina, que expresaron su apoyo públicamente. Un seguimiento en video de Univision la presenta como modelo argentina y exintegrante del programa; la fecha de publicación de ese video no es visible en la versión que revisamos, así que no la fechamos aquí.

La explicación del cirujano, según Radio Fórmula
En el reportaje de Radio Fórmula, el cirujano Froilán Páez atribuye las complicaciones a un hecho concreto: una inyección de ácido hialurónico que habría causado una oclusión y daño en la piel. Según el mismo medio, una prótesis colocada después se habría infectado. Son afirmaciones que el medio atribuye al cirujano; no aparecen como diagnóstico verificado por un organismo independiente.
Páez también declaró: “Vamos teniendo un resultado muy favorable que esperemos que vaya cicatrizando bien el resto del año”. La frase fija el horizonte de su pronóstico en el año 2026 y no describe un resultado definitivo.

En la declaración que Radio Fórmula reproduce, Dorismar afirma: “Pues voy excelente, yo creo que ahí se ve perfectamente, ¿cómo ven mi recuperación? Estoy feliz, recuperada al 100%, mi perfil es hasta más lindo que antes y estoy muy contenta”. Es su valoración personal de la recuperación, publicada en esa fecha.
Reacción de sus excompañeros
People en Español recogió las palabras de Raúl de Molina: “Le mando un beso y un abrazo. La queremos mucho, que salga todo bien. Que lo de Dorismar se le resuelva”.

Lili Estefan, según el mismo medio, dijo: “Ojalá Rauli esto se pueda mejorar porque hacerte una cirugía y te quede mal y te la repitan y que vuelva a quedar mal. Es la tercera vez”. La mención a “la tercera vez” es una afirmación de Estefan sobre el número de intervenciones; la cobertura consultada no la documenta de forma independiente.
