No. The standard release of Terrifier 3 has no post-credits story scene. Some early U.S. screenings included Ice Nine Kills’ “A Work of Art” music video during the credits, but it was not a new narrative tag. If you are waiting for a final plot reveal, you can leave once the film ends.
Is there anything after the credits?
There is no post-credits scene in the standard release. The exception reported for some early U.S. screenings was a presentation of Ice Nine Kills’ “A Work of Art” music video during the credits—not an additional scene continuing the story. That screening-specific detail does not establish that the video appears with every version of the film. GamesRadar+ reported the distinction in its October 11, 2024 guide.

The expectation may come from Terrifier 2, which did include a post-credits scene involving Victoria and Art’s severed head. The third film’s cliffhanger plays before the credits instead.
Spoilers: what happens at the end of Terrifier 3?
Gabbie falls into the pit
In the climax, Sienna uses the sword against Art and Vicky. A supernatural pit opens, and Gabbie falls into it despite Sienna’s attempt to pull her back. Once the opening closes, Sienna vows to find her niece.

Art escapes
The closing sequence shows Art boarding a bus. He is still at large; the film does not show him defeated for good. Sienna’s loss of Gabbie and Art’s escape leave the story unresolved within the film itself.
Jonathan’s fate is not confirmed onscreen
Art and Vicky present a head and claim Jonathan is dead, but the ending explainer notes that his death is not shown onscreen. The possibility that he survived is speculation, not a confirmed outcome. Dexerto’s October 15, 2024 ending explainer describes the unresolved points in the finale.

Why the ending can feel like a post-credits setup
The film ends on a cliffhanger, but the setup for what may follow is part of the feature’s closing sequence: Sienna intends to search for Gabbie, while Art leaves by bus. There is no separate narrative scene after the credits in the standard release. Cineverse’s official film page identifies Damien Leone as the writer and director and lists the North American theatrical release date as October 11, 2024.
