Spoilers: Scream 7 has no scene after the credits finish, but it does include bonus footage during the credits. You can leave when the credits begin if you only want to avoid waiting for a post-credits stinger; stay through them for the extra comedy and character vignettes.
What happens during the credits?
GamesRadar+ reports a comedic sequence in which Mindy tries to host a news broadcast, flubbing lines and restarting. The credits also include short character vignettes alongside the cast names. AfterCredits.com independently notes a Mindy-and-Chad news-report outtake.

Is there a scene after the credits?
No. Both GamesRadar+ and AfterCredits.com report that there is nothing after the credits. The distinction is that the extra footage plays during the credits, not after them.
Should you stay through the credits?
- Only avoiding a stinger? You can leave once the credits start; there is no post-credits scene to wait for.
- Interested in bonus comedy? Stay through the credits for Mindy’s botched news-hosting attempts and the character vignettes.
Spoiler context: what the ending reveals
GamesRadar+’s ending guide identifies three Ghostfaces: Karl Alan Gibbs, Marco, and Jessica, with Marco and Karl acting at Jessica’s direction. The guide also explains the apparent Stu Macher material as deepfakes created by Marco, rather than evidence that Stu survived. These are details from a secondary entertainment recap; Paramount’s official film page provides the premise and credits, not a detailed ending explanation.
