No. Joker: Folie à Deux has neither a mid-credits nor a post-credits scene. The final sequence at Arkham is the ending, so there is no extra scene to wait for after the credits begin.
Spoilers: The explanation below reveals the film’s final plot events.
What happens at the end of Joker: Folie à Deux?
In court, Arthur rejects the idea that “Joker” is a separate identity and accepts responsibility for his crimes. That decision breaks with the persona Lee Quinzel wants him to embrace, and she leaves him.
After a bombing at the courthouse, Arthur escapes and finds Lee, but she rejects him. Back at Arkham, a fellow inmate asks whether Arthur wants to hear a joke, then stabs him and carves a smile into his face. Arthur dies in the final sequence.

Does the inmate become the Joker?
The inmate’s laughter and carved smile strongly suggest that the Joker identity—or the idea behind it—may outlive Arthur. But the film does not name the inmate or show what happens to him afterward. It leaves his identity and future unresolved, so it is more accurate to describe him as an implied successor than to treat him as a definitively identified character.
One symbolic reading is that Arthur’s death separates the person from the symbol: the Joker can persist through someone else even though Arthur is gone. DC.com contributor Jules Chin Greene offers this as an interpretation, not as confirmation from DC or Warner Bros. of a sequel or canonical successor: DC.com’s ending analysis.

Why does the ending stop there?
The ending works as a thematic conclusion rather than a hidden setup for a confirmed next installment. Arthur had rejected the Joker persona in court; the final Arkham scene suggests the symbol may continue without establishing who will carry it forward. Director Todd Phillips described Arthur as “This unwilling, unwitting symbol now paying for the crimes of the first film, but at the same time finding the only thing he ever wanted, which was love.” Phillips told Empire, as quoted by TIME.
