Disney Fanatic’s retrospective included visitor accounts of disruption at Animal Kingdom and EPCOT. One guest wrote, “We were at EPCOT and everything was down at one point.” That is an individual account, not an official operating-status record or evidence that every attraction remained closed. The article also reported, “We were at Animal Kingdom earlier and it was a mess there too,” likewise describing a visitor’s experience rather than documenting a park-wide shutdown.
