A July 24, 2024 report attributed to an unnamed source said Tom Brady and model Brooks Nader had been casually hooking up that summer. Us Weekly published contrary accounts the same day, and TMZ reported another denial on July 25. The reports establish that the claim was made and disputed—not that the alleged encounters occurred.
What the original report claimed
On July 24, 2024, Just Jared relayed a claim attributed to an unnamed source speaking to People: “They’ve been hooking up this summer, having rendezvous in different cities.” The source characterized it as casual and described Brady and Nader as having different social habits. Just Jared also reported that another source denied they were dating. These were source accounts, not statements from Brady or Nader. Just Jared’s July 24 report
How the reports were disputed
Us Weekly, July 24
Us Weekly said multiple unnamed sources described the hookup reports as inaccurate. One said Brady and Nader were “not casually dating and never have been”; another said they had “never hooked up before.” Its account said the two chatted for a few minutes at Michael Rubin’s white party and did not exchange phone numbers. TMZ, July 25
TMZ reported that its sources said Brady and Nader had not gone on a date and that Brady did not have her number. It also said both attended the white party, while noting that what happened there was unclear. TMZ’s July 25 report

What is known about the timeline
The reports placed the rumor in summer 2024. They also noted that Brady and Nader attended Michael Rubin’s July 4 white party in the Hamptons; Us Weekly described a brief conversation there. Attendance at the same event, or a conversation, does not establish a private relationship.
Did Brady or Nader confirm the claim?
The coverage reviewed does not include a personal confirmation or denial from either Brady or Nader about this specific allegation. The original claim and the subsequent denials all relied on unnamed sources, and the reporting provides no independent evidence establishing that the alleged encounters happened. The most accurate description is therefore a disputed rumor: one outlet relayed an anonymous-source claim, while other outlets published anonymous-source denials.
