What the reported clues actually show
The strongest evidence for a possible reunion came from the show’s 2024 storyline. On February 27, Entertainment Tonight reported that Natalie wanted to win Michael back after his surprise return to 90 Day: The Single Life. That establishes an on-screen reconciliation attempt, not that the couple got back together off camera or stayed together afterward. In its April 10 Tell-All coverage, ET characterized the attempt as failed and reported that Mike said he had moved on with another woman. Natalie said she would not close the door on a future reconciliation, but one person’s willingness is not evidence of a mutual, ongoing relationship. How Natalie and Mike’s relationship reached that point
TLC’s retrospective says Natalie and Mike met through a mutual friend, went through a breakup, then renewed their relationship after Natalie’s K-1 visa approval and married. It recounts that their marriage later ended and Natalie left Mike’s home. TLC also says they appeared on 90 Day: The Single Life while still married, agreeing to see other people and move on. What the divorce reports do—and do not—establish
A 2021 account from Reality TV World said Mike planned to file for divorce and that he and Natalie described themselves as not together at that time. That is a report of what they said then. It does not establish that a filing occurred, that a divorce was finalized, or what either their legal or romantic status became later. Reality TV World’s August 2021 report is historical context, not confirmation of current status.

The cited reporting does not verify their current relationship status after the 2024 Tell-All coverage, nor does it establish their current legal status. The clearest supported conclusion is narrower: Natalie tried to reconcile with Mike on the show, and ET reported that the attempt failed. Do not treat the filmed reunion, Natalie’s openness, or Mike’s earlier stated intention to file as proof of a later reunion or finalized divorce.
