Yes—PerthNow reported on 4 February 2025 that Lily Allen and David Harbour had split, citing an unnamed source who spoke to People. It was not a joint announcement by Allen and Harbour. Later coverage places their separation in early 2025, but the sources reviewed do not establish an exact date.

Harbour’s response in June 2026
In comments published in June 2026, Harbour said the album’s account was not his experience, while expressing respect for Allen’s right to turn personal experience into art. He also declined to comment further on private matters. As quoted by The Guardian, he said: “Stories are complex and that’s why I say I respect her creation of art to channel her experience.
