Which Jessica and daughter are we talking about?
This is Jessica Vestal from Love Is Blind Season 6, not Jessica Batten from Season 1. Jessica’s daughter is Autumn. People reporting syndicated by Yahoo identified Autumn as 10 in February 2024; a later Netflix cast update described her as 12. Those ages belong to the respective publication contexts, not a current-age claim.

When did Jessica tell Jimmy about Autumn?
Reports about Season 6 place the disclosure during the early pod episodes. The show’s format has participants become engaged before meeting in person, so the reveal occurred within the pod-stage dating process. The sources available do not establish the exact elapsed time before Jessica disclosed that she was a mother, or her private reasoning about when to share it.
Season 6 episodes were released in batches: episodes 1–6 on February 14, 2024; episodes 7–9 on February 21; episodes 10–11 on February 28; the finale on March 6; and the reunion on March 13, according to Netflix’s season guide. The series’ premise is that couples get engaged before meeting face-to-face.

Why did Jessica and Jimmy break up?
Netflix’s official recap describes Jessica and Jimmy’s connection as part of a love square involving Chelsea and Trevor. It says the relationship faced hurdles particularly around Jessica’s daughter, then attributes the split to Jessica’s ultimatum pushing Jimmy to choose. That account makes Autumn relevant to the relationship, but it does not say her existence alone caused the breakup.
In a February 2024 account reported by People and syndicated by Yahoo, Jessica said Autumn supported her after the pod breakup; the article also identified Autumn as 10 at the time. That detail offers context about the mother-daughter relationship, not proof of what Jimmy thought or of a precise disclosure timeline.

Was it actually “too late” to reveal she had a daughter?
“Too late” is a judgment about dating expectations, not a conclusion established by the show’s recap or the reported chronology. The sources support that the disclosure came during the early pod episodes and that Jessica’s daughter became a stated relationship hurdle. They do not supply an objective deadline for telling a dating partner about parenthood, nor do they establish that an earlier disclosure would have changed the outcome.
Netflix later described Jessica as single and focused on Autumn in its cast update. That describes her status when the update was published; it should not be read as a statement about her relationship status in 2026.
