The announced Australian stops were Adelaide, Melbourne, Hobart, Brisbane and Sydney. The schedule shows Perth was absent; it does not establish why, or whether a Perth date was ever considered.
Which Australian cities were on the tour?
Music Feeds reported five Australian dates for the 2025 Can’t Stop Tour:
| Date | City | Venue or event |
|---|---|---|
| 8 March 2025 | Adelaide | Gluttony at Fringe |
| 29 March 2025 | Melbourne | Hot Dub on the Bay |
| 26 April 2025 | Hobart | The Goods Shed |
| 2 May 2025 | Brisbane | The Tivoli |
| 24 May 2025 | Sydney | The Hordern Pavilion |
The published list contains no Perth date. Its absence is a fact about the itinerary, not evidence that the performer or promoter deliberately rejected the city. Music Feeds’ 21 January 2025 itinerary lists the Australian stops.
What was the wider Can’t Stop Tour?
Live Nation Australasia announced the tour on 16 January 2025 as “Across 8 nights in 3 countries,” spanning Australia, New Zealand and Bali. The promoter described the show as celebrating dance music from 1962 to 2025. These are the promoter’s descriptions of the event, rather than independently measured figures. Its announcement named the Sydney performance at The Hordern Pavilion for Saturday 24 May 2025. Read Live Nation Australasia’s tour announcement.

The overseas dates included New Zealand and Bali. An archived Auckland event listing records a Can’t Stop Tour show at Auckland Town Hall on 4 April 2025. The listing gives a historical ticket range of NZ$65–75; it is not evidence of tickets currently being available. See the archived Auckland event listing.
Why was Perth left off the itinerary?
The published sources do not explain the omission. They do not say whether an additional Perth date was considered or whether a separate Perth appearance was canceled. Calling the schedule a “snub” therefore describes how the absence may feel to Perth fans; it should not be read as a confirmed statement of intent by Hot Dub Time Machine or the promoter.
