Yes. Gladys Knight arrived at Perth Airport on Saturday, 16 March 2024, ahead of the Perth opening show of her Australia and New Zealand Farewell Tour. The concert was scheduled for 19 March at Riverside Theatre; the tour has since been completed.
What was reported at Perth Airport?
PerthNow’s Ella Loneragan reported on 16 March 2024 that Knight had arrived in Perth and appeared in “cheery spirits.” The article described her wearing a long cream coat over a black turtleneck and leggings before taking off the coat. These are observations reported by PerthNow, rather than details independently confirmed by another source. The accompanying image was credited to photographer Faith Moran/MEGA.
