Who was named in the 2026 court order?
The order in AndDone, LLC v. Gaines identifies Shante Gaines as the individual defendant. It does not identify television personalities Chip or Joanna Gaines as parties. AndDone’s dispute arose from a Sub-Merchant Agreement for payment-processing services.
