Yes—but the answer depends on which Battlestar Galactica continuity and which Cylon attack you mean. In the Original Series, Galactica is initially believed to be the only battlestar to escape the attack at Cimtar, until the story “The Living Legend” reveals that Pegasus survived too. In the reimagined series, Galactica and Pegasus are the two battlestars known to survive the attack on the Twelve Colonies.
What counts as “the Cylon attack”?
The Original Series (TOS) and the reimagined series (TRS) depict different events. TOS calls the attack at which Galactica escapes the destruction of the Colonial fleet the attack at Cimtar. TRS depicts the Fall of the Twelve Colonies. Their survivor counts should not be combined.

What “The Living Legend” reveals

Reimagined series: two battlestars survive the Fall

A separate claim says Galactica and two other ships survived the First Cylon War intact. That war preceded the Fall of the Twelve Colonies by more than forty years in the reimagined-series timeline; it is not the attack that destroys the Colonies.
