In 2023, she called the Soy Rebelde Tour her “último baile,” but the post-tour coverage available here does not confirm that she later reversed that statement—or that she announced a permanent retirement in the first place.
What Anahí said about the Soy Rebelde Tour
In 2023, Anahí described the Soy Rebelde Tour as her “último baile” and “una hermosa despedida” she would carry in her heart. Univision reported that she intended to leave the stage after the RBD concert at Estadio Azteca. Univision’s 2023 report captures the farewell language, but it does not establish what she would do indefinitely.

That distinction matters: saying goodbye to the stage at the end of a particular tour is not necessarily the same as announcing permanent retirement from music or entertainment. El Universal reported that fans interpreted her emotional farewell remarks as possible retirement news, while noting ambiguity about what she meant. El Universal’s account reflects that uncertainty.
Did she confirm a reversal after the tour?
The post-tour material cited here does not confirm one. In a February 12, 2024 interview, Rolling Stone en Español asked Anahí about the reunion tour. She described its emotional impact, her long period away from the stage, and the experience of sharing it with her family. The cited passages provide perspective on the tour, not a statement that she had changed her plans. Read the Rolling Stone en Español interview.

- RBD REBELDE
A Telemundo listing dated August 28, 2025 says Anahí recalled the RBD tour and spoke about a new facet of her life, but the listing does not give a statement about retirement. The listing does not establish a change in position.
A May 2025 newspaper-page search result attributes to her the words “La Anahí cantante nunca se va a ir porque es parte de mí.” The original interview context is not verified in the available material, so this clipped secondary attribution cannot be treated as definitive proof that she reversed a retirement plan. The newspaper-page result is not a substitute for a direct, contextualized statement.

How her earlier hiatus fits in
In September 2024, TV Azteca quoted Anahí describing why she had previously stepped away from entertainment: “cuando yo decido alejarme de todo el medio artístico, también era un momento de abrazarme el corazón, de sanar muchas cosas, de llevarme ese tiempo para mí”. She was talking about a prior period of withdrawal and personal healing, not directly explaining her plans after the reunion tour. TV Azteca’s 2024 report provides that separate context.

Anahí’s farewell language during the 2023 tour is documented. The reviewed post-tour coverage does not provide a sufficiently clear, direct, dated statement confirming that she later changed her position. It also does not establish that “último baile” meant permanent retirement from all musical activity. Without a direct statement clarifying whether she meant live performances, touring, or entertainment more broadly, the claim that she reversed course remains unconfirmed.
