Demi Moore’s flippy lob is a shoulder-skimming bob with its ends turned outward, creating a retro, bell-shaped silhouette. “Almost unrecognizable” describes the dramatic change in appearance; it does not establish when or where the look was photographed.
What is a flippy lob?
A lob is a longer bob, and in this style the length sits around the shoulders. The defining detail is the finish: the ends kick outward rather than turning in or falling straight. Hairdresser Rodrigo Cintra describes the shape as a bell-shaped bob.
The cut’s outline and the direction of its ends do most of the visual work. The look is not defined by a specific fringe, part, or product in the available description.

How can you get the ends to flip out?
A curling iron is one possible tool for shaping the ends away from the face, but it is an optional styling idea—not a documented account of how Moore or her stylist created this look. The available description does not specify a barrel size, technique, or product, so avoid treating any one method as part of her routine.
