What is in De Soi, and do the adaptogens work?
The 2022 launch announcement named ingredients including yuzu, lemongrass, dates, rosemary, blackcurrant and birch, as well as adaptogens such as reishi, ashwagandha and maca in the initial range. Recipes and products have evolved, so those launch-era ingredients should not be assumed to appear in every current drink.
De Soi says its Social Spritz contains over 1,000 mg of its adaptogen blend, has 25 calories per can, contains less than 5 g of sugar, and is caffeine-free. Those figures are brand-published and apply specifically to Social Spritz; they should not be generalized to the entire range. The company uses language such as “mood-boosting” and “relaxing” in its marketing, but the available product information does not establish a clinically demonstrated mood or stress benefit.
