They have since married: the couple held a private ceremony in Los Angeles in March 2026, with a larger Rio de Janeiro celebration planned for October 10, 2026.
What the engagement photos show
The couple announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post, according to PEOPLE reporting republished by Yahoo. The accompanying images show Kennedy and Giulia embracing in a candlelit setting. The report also described photos Kennedy shared from around the proposal.
In a video excerpt included with that report, Kennedy tells Giulia, “I love you so much, potato.” She responds, “This is the best day ever,” and says, “I love it that we’re both sweaty and after work and gross and disgusting. It’s perfect. I love you so much.”
How Conor Kennedy planned the proposal
In a June 2026 interview with gshow, Kennedy said he told Giulia they had rented a house but had not moved in because they still had things to settle about the lease. He then prepared the empty living room with candles and flowers, set up cameras, and waited for her to arrive.

“So I told her that we had rented a house but hadn’t moved in yet because there were some things we had to do about the lease. So I put a bunch of candles and flowers and a couple of cameras in that empty living room. And I waited for her to arrive.”
Giulia said Kennedy knew she wanted a record of the moment, despite not usually caring about cameras or recordings. “If you know Conor, you know that he is a person who doesn’t really care about cameras or recordings, but he knew that I wanted that moment to keep forever,” she told gshow.

What is known about Giulia Be’s engagement ring
CNN Brasil described the ring as a classic Tiffany & Co. model. The report does not name the design or establish details such as the stone, setting, or price, so the exact ring cannot be identified from the published coverage.

The August 2024 announcement is no longer the couple’s current relationship status. They married in a private Los Angeles ceremony in March 2026, according to gshow. At the time of reporting on October 8, 2026, they were preparing for a larger celebration in Rio de Janeiro on October 10, 2026; gshow and CNN Brasil both reported that planned date.
