Gary Centeno ganó la segunda temporada de La isla: desafío extremo en la final en vivo del 1 de diciembre de 2025. El actor costarricense recibió el premio mayor de $200,000, según anunció Telemundo al día siguiente. No debe confundirse su victoria con la de la primera temporada, que ganó Adrián Di Monte.

Gary Centeno se impuso en la final en vivo celebrada el 1 de diciembre de 2025. NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises publicó el anuncio oficial el 2 de diciembre y confirmó que Centeno obtuvo el primer lugar y el premio de $200,000. La victoria corresponde a la segunda temporada del reality.

La primera temporada tuvo otro ganador: una nota de Telemundo publicada en 2024 identificó a Adrián Di Monte como campeón. Centeno ganó la segunda temporada en 2025; mantener separados ambos resultados evita atribuirle una victoria de otra edición.
