En noviembre de 2023, People en Español recogió que Carlo buscaba a su padre y lo alcanzaba en la oficina para comer. Calderón dijo que Luciano lo había visto menos porque llegaba más tarde de la escuela, aunque la familia lo visitaba con mayor frecuencia durante una hospitalización. También contó que ella facilitó las primeras conversaciones después de cuatro años sin que padre e hijos se vieran, y describió la relación anterior a ese reencuentro como inexistente.
