Qué dijo Clarissa Molina
La nota de Carole Joseph en People en Español, publicada el 1 de diciembre de 2025, reprodujo la reacción de Molina al caso. La presentadora manifestó que la muerte de Stephora le causaba tristeza, indignación y frustración, y reclamó verdad y justicia. La cita publicada no es una declaración que podamos atribuir a una publicación original de las redes sociales de Molina: la nota es la fuente disponible para sus palabras.
En esa misma cobertura, la madre de Stephora, Lovelie Joseph Raphael, dijo que llevaba diez días esperando información del Ministerio Público. También reclamó el informe preliminar del Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Forenses (Inacif) y acceso a videos de vigilancia. Esas expresiones describen lo que la familia denunciaba en ese momento; no constituyen por sí mismas una conclusión independiente sobre la actuación de la fiscalía.

- 26 de noviembre: Listín Diario informó que la familia presentó una denuncia ante la Procuraduría General. El medio también reportó que el Colegio Da Vinci esperaba el informe del Ministerio Público antes de ofrecer una versión institucional. Los abogados de la familia citaron la Orden Departamental 09-2009 del Ministerio de Educación.
- 29 de noviembre: Listín Diario informó que la procuradora general, Yeni Berenice Reynoso, instruyó a unidades del Ministerio Público a reforzar las investigaciones.
- 1 de diciembre: People en Español publicó la reacción de Molina y las reclamaciones que la familia había expresado públicamente.
- 9 de diciembre: Listín Diario reportó que un informe del Inacif, fechado el 19 de noviembre, estableció como causa de muerte “asfixia mecánica por ahogamiento” y la describió como muerte violenta. El medio informó además que la fiscalía solicitó medidas de coerción contra cuatro integrantes del equipo directivo y docente del colegio.
- 14 de diciembre: Listín Diario informó sobre medidas de coerción conocidas para parte de las personas involucradas y examinó documentos incluidos en la solicitud.
Qué significan —y qué no— esos reportes
El informe forense citado por Listín Diario aporta un hallazgo sobre la causa de muerte. Por separado, la denuncia familiar, las actuaciones de investigación y la solicitud de medidas de coerción son partes del proceso penal, no una sentencia que establezca culpabilidad. La cobertura citada no presenta una determinación judicial definitiva contra las personas mencionadas.
La Orden Departamental 09-2009 aparece en los reportes como una norma invocada por los abogados de la familia y en la cobertura de la investigación. Sin el texto oficial íntegro, no corresponde presentar aquí una interpretación jurídica independiente de su alcance.
