Have Evans and Baptista confirmed the news themselves?
The cited birth reports do not reproduce a direct announcement from Evans or Baptista. The Los Angeles Times said representatives did not immediately respond, while TMZ reported that representatives could not be reached. The news and the baby’s reported name should therefore be attributed to those outlets.
The Los Angeles Times also recalled Evans’ earlier comment about fatherhood: “The title of ‘dad’ is an exciting one.” That remark predates the birth report and is not a statement confirming the news.
