She was still competing in 2026, and WWE had announced her for a Women’s Tag Team Championship match on October 9, 2026. That match was upcoming as of October 8—not a completed result.
When did Charlotte Flair return to WWE?
WWE’s video description documents Flair receiving a warm locker-room welcome upon her return from injury at the 2025 Royal Rumble. WWE’s profile records her as the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble winner, making the event the setting for her comeback. The pages do not establish an exact in-ring return date or provide a medical account of the injury and recovery. WWE’s return video and her WWE profile document the event.
WWE’s profile also lists Flair as a Women’s Royal Rumble winner in 2020 and 2025, and names the Figure-Eight Leglock and Natural Selection among her signature moves. Its description of her as the company’s most decorated female Superstar is WWE’s own characterization, rather than an independently audited statistic. WWE’s profile
