No. The first TV season has 12 episodes, and its official episode guide ends with episode 12, “Katana vs. Chainsaw.” The finale synopsis focuses on Denji’s fight with Samurai Sword; it does not describe Power’s death. The anime’s official cast page credits Power, voiced by Ai Fairouz.

That answer applies specifically to the first TV season, not every Chainsaw Man adaptation. The official franchise portal also lists the Reze Arc movie and Assassins Arc, but its listings do not establish whether either adaptation reaches the later events involving Power.
Manga spoilers: What happens to Power later?
Later in the manga, Makima kills Power. Power then briefly returns as the Blood Devil and helps Denji, but she eventually dies again after making a contract with him. So the concise answer for the full manga story is: Power dies, returns briefly, and dies again.

This later plot is not covered by the first TV season’s 12 episodes. For the primary account, read the manga rather than relying on summaries. VIZ lists Chainsaw Man, Vol. 11, whose synopsis describes the final confrontation between Denji and Makima; it is a useful reading route for that part of the story.

The franchise portal lists Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc and Chainsaw Man – Assassins Arc alongside the TV anime. Those titles confirm that the animated franchise continues beyond season 1, but the official pages do not provide enough plot detail to say whether either adaptation covers Power’s later fate. For that reason, “Power is alive at the end of season 1” is more precise than saying she is alive in every anime installment.
