No. If PRISM Live Studio on your PC is sending the video to YouTube, the PC must stay on and connected while the stream runs. Turning it off stops the source. Scheduling a YouTube live event creates an event page and can help viewers find the stream, but it does not keep video playing without an encoder sending it.
Why PRISM stops streaming when the PC shuts down
PRISM acts as the encoder in this workflow: it sends a live feed to YouTube. PRISM’s FAQ describes connecting to YouTube and entering the platform’s stream key in PRISM’s RTMP setup (PRISM Live Studio FAQ). YouTube’s encoder instructions likewise have creators enter the stream URL and key in an encoder and start it. YouTube states: “To end the stream, stop sending content from your encoder.” (YouTube Help: Create a YouTube live stream with an encoder.)
When the PC powers down, PRISM cannot keep supplying that feed. The scheduled event may still exist on YouTube, but the event page is not a video source and cannot replace the encoder.
What scheduling a YouTube live event does—and does not do
Scheduling lets you set up an upcoming stream for discovery and reminders. When it is time to broadcast, YouTube’s instructions still require connecting the stream to an encoder and starting it (YouTube Help: Manage live stream settings). Scheduling does not start PRISM remotely, keep a computer awake, or make YouTube play a playlist as a live broadcast by itself.

Can a YouTube playlist play live while the PC is off?
Not through the documented PRISM workflow described above. A playlist of YouTube videos and a continuous live feed are different things: PRISM must send the feed for the live stream to continue. Do not assume that scheduling an event, or putting videos in a YouTube playlist, makes them play out as a live stream after the encoder stops.
A standalone hardware option for prerecorded media
YouTube’s encoder guide describes the AJA HELO Plus as a standalone encoder and says its optional PlayToStream feature can schedule and stream prerecorded media directly to YouTube Live without a computer (YouTube Help: Create a YouTube live stream with an encoder). That is a documented option for a related prerecorded-media use case, not proof that the device accepts a YouTube playlist URL, loops playlist items indefinitely, or integrates with PRISM. Check current AJA documentation or ask the vendor about those specific requirements before choosing it.

Do not confuse an archive with a continuing live stream
Google’s live-production guide says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived (Google live production guide). Archiving concerns the recording after or during a broadcast; it does not mean the live feed continues when the encoder PC is shut down, nor does it establish a PRISM playlist-length limit.
