What happened on the West Hollywood date night?
All County Gazette reported on December 28, 2024, that Nader and Savchenko were photographed leaving a West Hollywood restaurant on Friday, December 27. The article described Nader, then 28, and Savchenko, then 41, as spending the evening together. Those ages are from the 2024 report, not current ages. All County Gazette’s December 28 report
Why did the ring fuel engagement rumors?
The report described Nader wearing a ring with a large pear-shaped diamond. It also said she had worn the same piece at an event on December 4, weeks before the date night. The article did not identify a jeweler, establish who owns the ring, give its value, or say whether it was intended as an engagement ring.
The earlier sighting matters: the December 27 photographs alone do not show when or why Nader got the ring. The engagement talk is speculation attributed to the report, not evidence of a proposal.

Are Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko engaged?
The available report does not confirm that they are engaged. It said representatives for Nader and Savchenko had not immediately responded to PEOPLE’s request for comment as of Saturday, December 28, 2024. That describes the status reported at that time; it is not a current statement from either representative.
The article also quotes Nader as saying, “Listen, he’s such a great person and a great guy and I’ve loved getting to know him and I’m having fun hanging out with him.” It attributes that remark to a PEOPLE interview earlier that month. The quote signals that she described enjoying their time together, but it does not confirm an engagement.

What was the reported relationship context?
All County Gazette situated the date night after an October split and reconciliation. It linked the split to the pair’s elimination from Dancing with the Stars, where they competed together, and said they had spent the holidays together, including with Savchenko’s daughter Olivia.
The report also described a holiday Instagram post from Savchenko featuring his daughter and a photo of him kissing Nader. It quoted his caption as “I don’t need anything else ♾️.” That is a reported social-media caption, not an announcement that the couple is engaged.
