What did Jayden say about his relationship with Britney Spears?
In a September 2022 ITV interview, reported by ABC News, Jayden said he hoped his relationship with his mother could be repaired: “I 100% think it can be fixed, of course. It’s just going to take a lot of time and effort.” He added, “I really want to see her again.” ABC reported that Jayden was speaking on behalf of himself and his brother about wanting to see Spears, but his comments were made at that time and should not be treated as Sean’s views on every issue or as a statement of either brother’s present wishes.
Jayden also discussed his views then on Spears’s conservatorship and social-media posts. Those were his own expressed concerns in 2022, not an independent account of the family’s private interactions.

What have Spears and Federline said about their relationship with their sons?
The parents have offered differing public accounts. In 2025 coverage of his memoir, Kevin Federline told the Associated Press that his sons had little relationship with their mother. He said, “I want my children to be able to move forward in their lives and know that the actual truth of everything is out there.” Spears disputed Federline’s assertions in her public response, saying, “I have always pleaded and screamed to have a life with my boys.” These are attributed accounts from the parents; the public statements do not settle disputed details of their private family life.
Have Sean and Jayden reconciled with Spears or changed their surname?
An April 3, 2026, Us Weekly report described the brothers as using Spears’s surname socially and said they had not legally changed their names. It also reported that the family had appeared together publicly and that the sons had returned to California.
