En julio de 2020, Briggitte Bozzo mostró en Instagram Stories la cicatriz de una reducción mamaria y contó que todavía se recuperaba. Según declaraciones suyas reproducidas entonces por People en Español y Unicable, se había operado porque, según explicó, el tamaño de sus senos le causaba escoliosis y molestias en la espalda.
¿Por qué se sometió a una reducción mamaria?
Bozzo anunció la operación el 7 de julio de 2020. People en Español reprodujo su explicación: “Me hicieron una reducción de busto porque me estaba causando una escoliosis y me estaba lastimando mucho la espalda, entonces me tuvieron que hacer una reducción”. Esa es la razón que ella dio públicamente; no constituye una evaluación médica independiente.
¿Qué contó al mostrar la cicatriz?
El 15 de julio, la actriz compartió en sus historias de Instagram una imagen de la cicatriz y habló de su recuperación. Las notas de People en Español y Unicable reprodujeron sus declaraciones: dijo que se sentía “un poco mejor”, que evitaba hacer movimientos bruscos y que seguía las indicaciones de su médico.
También describió la cicatrización como un proceso que requería tiempo: “Voy cicatrizando bastante bien. Estoy haciendo todo lo que el doctor me ha dicho. Lleva su tiempo que la piel se cierre bien y cicatrice bien. Ahí voy”. La frase da cuenta de su experiencia en ese momento, no de un plazo general ni de un pronóstico aplicable a otras personas.
