Carole Prentice was a behind-the-scenes production professional who worked on Bridgerton season 2 as a COVID-19 coordinator. The season’s finale dedicated an episode to her memory, with the words “In Memory of Carole Prentice.”
What did Carole Prentice do on Bridgerton?
Prentice worked behind the camera, not as a character or performer. The season 2 crew listing credits her as “COVID-19 Coordinator,” a production role associated with managing safety protocols during filming. The crew listing for the season’s finale also records its dedication to her memory.
Why did the finale honor her?
The dedication identifies Prentice as a member of the production community whom the show chose to remember. The available crew listing does not explain the circumstances behind the tribute beyond that memorial wording.
What other production work is documented?
Prentice’s career included work beyond Bridgerton. Production notes for the film The Perfect Wave credit “CAROLE PRENTICE” as line producer. That is a documented credit on another project, not a complete account of her filmography. The film’s production notes preserve that credit.

A 2022 Women’s Health report describes Prentice as a line producer and refers to her Bridgerton work as COVID production management. The show’s crew listing uses the more specific credit “COVID-19 Coordinator”; these descriptions concern her production-safety work on the series. The report also says she had a career as a line producer.
