In a discussion on the BFFs Podcast, LaPaglia described what she characterized as emotional abuse. She said she felt isolated and blamed and was afraid of making Bryan angry. The Independent quoted her saying: “The last year of my life has been the hardest year of my life dealing with the abuse from this dude.” That is LaPaglia’s account and characterization, not an independently established finding. Did Zach Bryan ask Brianna LaPaglia to sign an NDA?
LaPaglia said Bryan’s team approached her with options connected to her not discussing the relationship. In her account, the amount rose first to $10 million and then to $12 million; she also said a house or New York apartment was discussed. The reports do not include an agreement or independent confirmation of the proposed amount, terms, or even the offer itself. The Independent’s related report and E!’s coverage likewise attribute the claim to LaPaglia.
LaPaglia also claimed that previous partners had been made to sign NDAs. The reviewed reports do not independently document that claim, so it should not be treated as a verified pattern.
