Bling Empire star Dorothy Wang and attorney Brandon Yankowitz announced their engagement on October 29, 2024, after a reported proposal in Venice. They married in Florence on October 11, 2025, and PEOPLE reported on October 1, 2026, that they are expecting their first child together.
When did Dorothy Wang get engaged to Brandon Yankowitz?
The couple announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post on October 29, 2024. Us Weekly reported that the post’s caption read, “🤍 Engaged 🤍.” E! News reported that the proposal had taken place in Venice on October 17, the night before Wang indicated it happened. Us Weekly also gave October 17 as the proposal date.
E! described the post as the first time Wang had posted about Yankowitz publicly. The announcement marked the start of a relationship story that later became a wedding and documentary project.
Did Dorothy Wang and Brandon Yankowitz get married?

Yankowitz is an attorney. The available coverage does not identify him as a film producer, so that description in the original headline is not supported by the reporting summarized here.
What has Wang said about the wedding planning?
The accounts describe different phases or ways of measuring the planning period. PEOPLE’s 2026 interview report says the couple resumed planning in February 2025 after pausing following their initial excitement, then spent six months actively planning. A FOX 11 Los Angeles appearance in 2026 characterized the Florence planning period as 3.5 months. Those figures use different framings; neither should be treated as a single definitive measure of the entire process.
How can viewers watch the wedding documentary?
PEOPLE reported that a five-part YouTube docuseries, Dorothy’s “I Do,” was scheduled to launch on September 27, 2026, with weekly episodes and a finale planned for the couple’s first anniversary. That announced launch date has passed. Because episode availability can change, check Wang’s or the series’ current YouTube channel for the latest viewing information.
Wang described the project to PEOPLE as “the most intimate and authentic project I have ever done.” The series makes the wedding more than a celebrity announcement: it offers a documentary-style account of the couple’s celebrations and planning.
