MickeyLee’s “HoH Interrogation” power ended Rylie Jeffries’ week-four Head of Household reign on Big Brother 27: after Rylie wrongly identified Ashley Hollis as the power holder, Mickey took over as HoH. A Collider report published August 4, 2025, and syndicated on IMDb, characterized Rylie’s reign as the shortest in franchise history. The available account gives no exact duration, so that record claim should be understood as the report’s characterization, not an independently confirmed official ranking.
How MickeyLee’s power changed the week-four HoH
The advantage originated as a mystery power earned during the week-two HoH competition. As described in the Collider report, MickeyLee could interrogate each houseguest for three minutes. Rylie, then the sitting HoH, had to identify who held the power. He guessed Ashley Hollis; because that answer was wrong, the power removed him from the role and Mickey became that week’s HoH.
The result was a direct transfer of power rather than a normal eviction-night change: the sitting HoH’s control depended on correctly identifying the advantage holder. The report says the interrogations also sharpened tensions among existing factions in the house.
Why the report calls it a franchise record
The report describes Rylie’s reign as the shortest HoH reign in Big Brother history. Its historical comparison is the Battle of the Block twist, which affected HoH reigns in Seasons 16 and 17. It does not provide the duration of Rylie’s reign or the earlier reigns, so readers cannot use the account to compare exact lengths or independently verify the ranking.
#1 Best Overall
- Big Brother the Game - Get Ready for the Real Confrontation
The record claim is attributable to the August 4, 2025 Collider report syndicated on IMDb; the available account does not cite official CBS or Paramount+ confirmation. It is a report about a 2025 event, not a current live-feed update.
Where the power fits into Big Brother 27
The same account calls MickeyLee’s advantage the season’s third power to be used successfully. Kelley Jorgensen and Keanu Soto had successfully used advantages in week two, before Mickey’s week-four move. The account does not explain the mechanics of those earlier advantages, so their effects cannot be meaningfully compared with Mickey’s HoH Interrogation.
