Influencer Ben Bader, 25, died from coronary atherosclerosis due to arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease, and the manner of death was ruled natural, according to the Palm Beach County Medical Examiner’s findings reported by Us Weekly on November 21, 2025. The publication said it obtained the autopsy report.

What the autopsy report said

Us Weekly quoted the report’s cause-of-death finding: “This 25 year-old male died from coronary atherosclerosis due to arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease.” The report classified the manner of death as natural. It also noted no significant trauma.

These are findings attributed to the Palm Beach County Medical Examiner’s Office through Us Weekly’s account; the underlying autopsy report is not directly linked in the reporting cited here.

What the toxicology findings mean

The report said toxicologic testing was negative for acute drug toxicity. It identified codeine in Bader’s urine but not his blood, a pattern the report said suggested recent use. The report stated that codeine did not appear to have caused or contributed to his death.

Why early reports said the cause was unknown

News coverage on October 28, 2025, said the cause had not yet been publicly established.
