In the words reported from her statement: “Un momento íntimo y privado fue filtrado sin mi consentimiento” (“An intimate and private moment was leaked without my consent”). The statement describes Ladera’s account; it does not independently identify who circulated the material.
How did Beéle respond?
On September 9, Beéle’s legal team, Víctor Mosquera Marín Abogados and DMR Law LLC, denied that he leaked the material or participated in its dissemination. The team said Beéle was also a victim of nonconsensual exposure. Its statement said: “Brandon no filtró dicho material ni participó en su divulgación” (“Brandon did not leak that material or participate in its dissemination”). The lawyers also announced coordinated legal action in Colombia and the United States against people they said were responsible for obtaining, spreading, hosting, indexing or monetizing the material. That announcement does not establish who did so.
What does the September 15 complaint allege?
A civil complaint filed on Ladera’s behalf on September 15, 2025 alleges that her management contacted Beéle’s manager after people warned her that screenshots existed, and that a video was later posted through a WhatsApp account. These are allegations in a pleading, not facts established by a court. The complaint does not, by itself, resolve the competing accounts.
